A gathering designed to gently open your heart, so you can access more bliss and clear intuition: 2 hours of connection, intention, guided meditation, & intuition.

♥ Conscious intention setting and clarifying what we may need to get clarity on on that day.

♥ Center ourselves and enter into a meditative state before preparing our Cacao, then meet back up as a group.

♥ Enjoy a warm, delicious cup of ceremonial grade cacao (nature’s heart opening elixir).

♥ Relax into guided meditation designed to gently open your heart. (play your own music with your video on mute)

♥ Transition to a guided oracle card reading (You’ll be guided each step).

♥ Journal any insights.

♥ Group share if you feel called to.

♥ Leave feeling inspired, uplifted, aligned and ready to move forward.

This is for anyone who:

How to prepare ahead of our session:

♥ Purchase ceremonial grade Cacao; message me for guidance.

♥ Allow enough time for delivery.

♥ If you order a block, break up the Cacao with a chopping knife.

♥ Ensure you will be in a space with no distractions, where you can sit and lie down, and your computer is accessible.

♥ You may need a blanket, pillow, journal, pen, water, and oracle cards.

♥ Set up a relaxing music play list, have a speaker ready, and Bluetooth connected.

♥ Put phone on airplane mode (download playlist first).

♥ You may want to diffuse essential oils

♥ To connect spiritually, you may create an alter, burn sage, light a candle, have crystals or anything of meaning nearby.

♥ Have a pot, water, measuring utensils, a temperature gauge (optional), and a blender ready in your kitchen.

♥ Flavors you can use in your Cacao: honey, vanilla, cinnamon, or cayenne to your taste.

***No experience necessary; Contraindications include heart conditions and MAOI type antidepressants. However Cacao facilitators have reported no issues. Contraindicators are here to help guide you based on your personal circumstances.
